  Balanced eating
 

There is a common fallacy that eating well is something that only overweight people are supposed to do. Eating well is an essential step for EVERYBODY at every age and every weight.

Your body reproduces itself every year. What you feed your body is important to replacing your body parts with younger and stronger ones. Eating the wrong foods, the wrong balance of foods or the wrong amounts of food rebuilds a weaker and older body. To age-proof your body, eliminate a lot of health problems and avoid others, you must give it the proper BALANCE by eating well, drinking well, and taking supplements.

Eating balanced meals means eating from the four food groups at every meal: protein, fruits and non-starchy vegetables, healthy fats, and real carbohydrates. This is obviously different from what you have been led to do by most diets because you are not eliminating any of these groups - you are just going to balance them.

You also need to drink enough fluids to carry out the vital functions of the body such as producing enough urine to flush out the toxic metabolites, mantain a good blood volume level, and prevent your body salts from becoming too concentrated.

Today we eat a diet that is comprised mainly of over-processed, over-cooked junk food that is devoid of the enzymes and minerals the human body needs to survive. Therefore, we need to supplement our foods because these facts have no chance of changing in our lifetime.
